It took me a while to get used to the taste and I tried a few different recipes with the powder, but this one has been my favorite so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Matcha Latte recipe
1 cup Almond or Rice milk
1 teaspoon Matcha powder
1 teaspoon Xylitol or honey
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan, bring to boil and mix using a hand-held frother.
If you have a milk steamer - add the ingredients to your mug, mix well and steam.
Matcha powder is available in a variety of brands from Dis-Chem and most health stores.
